After: Do i need to gain weight?

I managed to lose about 200lbs and the past year or so i maintained it so far and i was told i need to gain 30 lbs or so and that took me by surprise as i feel im still a little flabby in my opinion especially my stomach but i dont want to lose any more weight but im wondering if im too thin? Warning the pic is not pretty, flabby skin and stretch marks galore I used to be about 340ish now im about 144, im 5'9 and 21 years old.

Congrats on a fantasic weight loss!

Have you considered weight training? I thing doing weights and bulking up a bit would do you good!

I'm worried that in your weight loss you may have dropped more than just fat, and that some muscle may have gone with it. I agree with TikTak that you should do some weight training and put on some muscle. That will still be considered "weight" but it would not be bad weight.
 
Yeah. Time to add muscle. You can do a bulking phase at this point. I can't wait until I can get to the point where I can focus on gaining instead of losing :p
 
how to know if you should gain or loss weight

hi how are you what you should do is find out your BMI which is a body mass index and that will tell you where you are at. Then you should find your ideal weight and that is exactly what weight you should idealy be at and that will give you the answer.

I'd suggest not aiming for a "weight" goal but look at where you want to be body shape wise. Weight training and resistance training should help heaps.

a form of surgery

you just added a ballon to your stomach now explain to me how that is natural, you were not born with a ballon so that would be a from of surgery and also by doing that whos to say that you are getting the proper amount of proteins and nutrients. Thats not natural thats taking the easy and fast way.
 
Too much

Too much on weight loss. Maybe you weren't able to check your status while on the process. Anyway, maybe it is a lot easier to gain weight than to lose...
