Hello everyone,

I have been coming to this site on and off for the past 3 years now. The first time I visited this site I was at my highest point in my weight ( 235ish lbs) and at my lowest point in terms of where I was at with my life. I can think back how absolutely depressed was, how worthless I felt, and how really very unhappy with EVERY aspect of my life I was. I feel like I wasted quite a bit of my time when I should have been a carefree young adult. Now, about three years later, I found myself looking through some pictures and thinking wow, I really have come a long way from that person.

I've had my difficulties, Ive been between eating more healthy and trying to just get moving somehow each day to slacking off a bit, but I feel very proud of the progress I've made so far. I am not at my goal weight yet, but thats okay because I know that if I've come this far, I can make it to where I want to be. Just takes a bit more determination, some lifestyle changes, and most importantly, the desire to want to do something for yourself.

I plan on trying to jump start my weight loss and get down to my goal weight this year, and right now, I'm ready to share where I've been and where I am. So here's too 55 lbs down!

What an amazing job you've done! I've always believed that pictures are invaluable when it comes to losing weight successfully as it really shows how much of a transformation truly took place. We all see ourselves in the mirror everyday, and with losing weight, the change is so gradual (if done correctly of course).

You look great, and I know what you mean about feeling like you've wasted so much time being this unhappy person for years, when you could've been someone totally different all along.

Awesome job, inspiring pics, and a great attitude for successful weight-loss in the future!

Best of luck in reaching your goals! Keep us updated
