after 10 weeks

ahh now ive got 1786... sounds a bit more like it. am roughly eating about 1800 a day. so when bulking how much should i raise calories to start with??

You'll probably get a thousand different opinions but I'd say that as your current intake is so low anyway try and increase by maybe 200 extra Kcals a day and see how where you're at after about a month.

I wouldn't want you spoiling the view in that second picture

hmmm change of plan.. i need some suggestions urgently.

ive got a photo shoot on 7th july (3.5 weeks away) and there will be alot of bikini/lingerie stuff getting shot. there is no way i want to start bulking before that in case i pork out more then i hope to.

i need a quick fix so i can look as best i can in the 3.5 weeks i have got... any advice anyone can give me will be much appreciated.

i guess the first thing will be no alcohol :eek2: in that time :bncry:

No need to do 'cardio', all you've got to do is keep your HR around 130bpm for >1hr (1:15-1:30). I like to just walk at a slow pace (~2mph) at a high incline on a treadmill. Fat will fall off, keep your diet the way it is too, as going to low will not help you. A FBW will also help you hold some muscle while losing weight.
