after 10 weeks

here is me after 10 weeks and losing 10 pounds. i still want to lose more fat n gain a teeny bit more muscle. want to be looking amazing in another 10 weeks from now. i did celebrate yesterday though with a big chocolate/cream cake .. tooo nice!!!!! :D

Hell yea these are my favorite type of threads. I also like how you put your hand on your butt in the second picture. Hawt.

Good job on the weight loss, but I hope your done trying to lose weight because you don't need to lose anymore. Your next goal should be to add a bit of muscle.

You look great though

I agree with Phate. I think your physique would look better if you had more muscle to you.

Here's what I would bring up specifically:

Your legs are lacking definition in the quads. More size to your delts. Add on some bicep/tricep size.

I can't really say anything about your upper back, hamstrings, or calves because there's no point of reference.
 
First off congrats on the weight loss!! and secondly you look sexy!! :D WTG!! I can't wait to see you in 10 more weeks!!!
 
Looking great there :). Speaking of chocolate cake though, I could sooo go for some, but just like you I might have to wait a while to reward myself.

dont have any before pics unfortunatly..... there was just 10 pounds of fat extra on me... possibly more actually seeing as i have gained some muscle.

am gonna keep workin my ass off though.. going to a dance music festival in August so kinda wanting to flash a bit of flesh n wear something toooooooo sexy... got a couple of months to really go for it.

Looking good, I agree with phate and evo a little more muscle will give you that lean sculpted look. You look great already but dont be afraid of trying for a little muscle you will be surprised.
 
yea im deff gonna try some bulking and cutting ... just want to lose a teeny bit more fat before i start that coz i am a bit worried about looking a bit too porky before i start the cutting. i'd say another couple of weeks and then i am going to start. a lil bit nervous actually as have never attempted this before in my life.. but we will see......... watch this space .............................................

LOL im actually just outside SW london.

as for muscle plans... i have never really attempted this before in my life so have been reading through different sites to pick up some hints and tips here n there. i will most prob be on here every day asking questions if i am unsure of anything diet or exercise wise.

so... first question..... i have just entered my details intp a RMR calculator and its saying 1267. i dont understand though.. i eat a fair bit more then that anyway and have lost weight. surely that cant be right. is it??
 
Did you multiply that figure by an activity level ratio?
Your RMR is efficively how many calories you burn while in a coma
 
ahh now ive got 1786... sounds a bit more like it. am roughly eating about 1800 a day. so when bulking how much should i raise calories to start with??

i think i may struggle not doing weights and cardio in same workout grrr
i do cardio about 4-6 days a week at the mo and dont feel right unless ive practically killed myself with a cardio sesh .. .. gonna havta see how i can re-arrange a few things.
