Advice?

Hey am really new to the fitness world so please bear with me. Am currently 17 years old and want to get fit and look good ready for university in August/Sept. I currently do martial arts 3 times a week wich tends to keep me fairly fit, but id like a more defined 6pack and better pecs. Im going to get a gym membership near me and hope to go 3-4 times a week for a few hours. My current weight is 143 give or take and my height is 5.5 or 5.6 ish. If anyone has any advice on workouts that i cld do to get my results or nutrition tips etc it wld b greately appreciated. Ill post some pics of me now and how id like to look. Thanks guys, any help and advice would be much appreciated. :jump1:
