I've been working out for two weeks now and I have been seeing good results. I lost 5.6 pounds in the last two weeks I started working out but haven't change in my body in terms of love handles. I was wondering if anyone can give me any advice on how to lose love handles.
So far another week of working out has been done, these are my results so far. I lost a total of 7 pounds since I started working out three weeks ago! No major changes in my body but I feel a lot healthier! Still have love handles, so any advice on how to target that area to lose the fat around there would be helpful!
