Advice Please

Guys,

I am building muscle quite well and when I flex my biceps are quite visible.

How can I make it that they stay very firm looking when not flexed?

Do I need to train differently?

Make them bigger, and lose weight so they're not covered with a layer of fat. That comes down to a healthy diet, and a lot of cardio.
 
Build those triceps too. They cover much more of your arms and will accentuate your biceps nicely!

IMHO - strong muscular forearms also make the biceps look more built. While on that subject, don't neglect the shoulders, because biceps look nicer when they are carved straight out of a thick delt!
