Advice please

I am eventually going to want to bulk up but i would like to get my ads, pecs, and rest of my body a little leaner and better looking. So from what i have read i need to start running more. But how fast and how long exactly? I currently run 8mph for 1 mile. mon, tues, wed, and frid before a lift. Should i increase this to a longer distance and maybe a little slow? Also is it ok that i work out, weigh lift, after i run or during this phase of my workout when im trying to get more muscle to show and less flab? B/c i dont want to lose muscle and look really skinny with no muscles. One detail i forgot is that i play in a soccer league on sunday so thats an hour or so of running and excercise. Im 19 yrs old
140 pds.
5'6
and i believe my last body comp said i had almost 11% body fat

I know the routine for bulking up on food intake, but on this i dont know. Is it ok if i just drop all the bad foods, drinks, snacks and eat healthier as in more chicken, turkey, ham? Or do i need to watch what i take in and eat less? like i said before i dont want to look too skinny i just want to basically lose some bf so that my abs show up and my other muscles show up.
