Hey whats up. Im new here but Ive got a couple questions that maybe someone could help me with.
Allright tommorrow Im gonna get up early and run for like 3 hours.( Pace im hoping for is 8.0-8.5) This will be my longest attempt at a run yet. The last one ive done that was long was an hour and a half. Anyways I was wondering what would be the best things for me to eat tonight. Right now its eight ocklock. I plan to run around 9 ocklock tommorow morning.
One more thing Should I take a scoop of creatine before I run in the morning. I usually take one in the morning when I get up but work out later in the day.
