advice NEEDED!

Hi everyone,

ok, so here's my story, i've been a pro atthlete for almost a year now.
At the beginning i had serious weight problems at 176 cm (about 5' 71'') i had a weight of 95 kg (about 209.5 lbs) and just in a few months i was down to 81 kg (178 lbs).That's still mush for a womann but i'm verry muscular so that doesn't show my state best, and by the end of the season i was able to keep verry well up with the whole team at training.

I have a goal to lose at least half of the fat tissue that i have left and to prepair myself as best as i can for the team training sessions that start in 2 weeks, but i'm a little lost, i dont know from what i'm going to benefit the most...

so please if anyone could give me some tipps i would be verry thankfull.
 
What's your sport? How often do you practice? How long are the practices? How intensive and what is involved in the practices?

When do you start again? Do y'all have a pre, in, and post season? How often/far apart are the competitions and when is your next competition?
 
My sport's handball, we have 1 or 2 times a day practices and they're 1h30min long, sometimes 2h. They have a high intensivity at the beginning of the season preps but as we move on they're less intensive. At first we run, climb, do short sprints a week or two later we work with balls, sprints with balls, passing, jump shots, and position shooting.

The preps begin in 2 weeks, our pre season is made of a few ''friendly'' games and tourniments till the start. The season starts 10.9 and we have games every weekend till mid november and we start again in january. But except the 1. league i also play the 2. league so in that break and long after the 1.league season i still have games in the 2. one and thats kinda my post season.
 
It seems like you're already burning quite a few calories with those workouts. Are those everyday? Have you assessed your diet yet?
 
no, now we have a summer brake and don't have any training sessions so im kinda training myself at the time.But when we start, yeah every day ...
so i basically need advice how to get in bether shape and how to train myself through this summer brake we have...
...i eat around 5 smaller meals a day, natural foods, lots of fruit and veggies , drink lots of water, reduce salt...and i try to eat at least one oath meal with milk a day cos of the caltium for my ankles and i'm taking aminos, here in croatia they're called
L-karnitin...
