Advice appreciated - what am I doing wrong?

Took less than an hour to do and I got stronger and looking way better. HGM did right by me. Noticeably too, by other ppl :D It prepared me for my fit test which over half my class failed. :D

No but there is more than one way to skin a cat and cardio is not the end all to be all. You can lose fat without even going near cardio with the right routine ie. New Rules of Lifting- fatloss workouts; turbulance training.... More is not always better some people have better success with circuits. Muscle helps to burn more calories overall throughout the day. That's all I'm saying. Each person has to decide whats best for them. I hate cardio so I would loathe a program heavy on it and would probably give up. Just throwing out other options thats all. If you like cardio go for it but I would not do it before weight training.

I agree with you 100%. I was just making sure he knew that more cardio was not going to hinder his progress like someone had said previously. Didn't want him to have wrong information is all.
