ADVENTURES IN WEIGHT LOSS

So, I guess this is the weight loss diary. This first, rather sad and short post is my way of making myself start and do it...otherwise I might not! Tomorrow is week 8 measuring day so I anticipate my 31 inches lost will increase. Yay!
 
Okay, so I"m back. I've been really busy, but still on track. In fact I've been coaching others, so that's very satisfying. : ) My current stats at week 14 are -52+lbs and over 58 inches. Astounding to me. It's very weird looking in the mirror now. I've gone down several sizes. I am feeling SO much better about life, my body, health, and the future. I'm so grateful for the friend who shared this plan with me. I've shared it with a couple, too, and am seeing them transform one by one. LOVE IT. Meanwhile the emotional stuff is pretty okay. I use the tools I have for healing when I need to, but the last few weeks have been smooth sailing in that department. I finally made a new video blog today. I have been posting off and on in the blog. I've had a lot more work to do so time has been thin, but...thankfully it's easy to follow so food has not been an issue at all.


That's about it! Life is good. Shedding one pound at a time, though my average is 3.7/week. I'll take that, hell yeah. Still not much exercise, though I do a bit of light tai chi from time to time. I would like to do more toning just to get in the habit for when all my padding is gone. If all goes as expected I should be 100lbs down by the end of January (OMG) and by my 40th bday in the summer, in a body I don't even recognize. : )
