advanced 3 day a week workout

I'm been lifting a long time and decided to train for a half marathon. So I want to cut back my lifting to three days a week for the next few months. Anyone know of some decent workout plans?
 
well what are your goals.

you could do a 5x5 programme if you where looking for strenght gains other then that a good 3 day full body programme is probably what you are looking for
 
good question - I guess my goal is to maintain strength fully knowing I will lose weight due to the extra running I'm doing.
 
if you are going to be doing a lot of running you wont gain much if any muscle so there is no point in looking for a complicated workout routine,as derwwydon says do a 3x a wk with a few basic compounds to cover all muscle groups that way you will maintane your size and strength.
squat
deadlift
bench
chins
dips
thats one but you pick the ones you like.
