hey thank you for the concern i will do my best to give you all the details!
unfortunately i am blessed with my mom's side of the family's metabolism which means if i eat 1500 i maintain and if i eat any more than that i gain like crazy! but at 1000 calories i am starving so i usually end up at about 1200 calories a day. this will usually be eggs or a fiber one bar for breakfast, a sandwich and apple for lunch, some sort of snack in the afternoon depending on what i am in the mood for (usually my time of day to eat something sweet) and a healthy dinner that also depends on what we have at home
the only thing i track is calories
at the gym i aim to burn 500-600 calories and its usually all on the elliptical or split between the treadmill and elliptical. i dont do strength training because my arms and legs are already jacked from gymnastics haha so i have actually noticed a big difference in them slimming down and i am really happy with that. i do an abs workout 5ish times a week though so my stomach stays flat
