I'm pretty hopeless at keeping diaries, but hopefully this one will be different - especially if people are commenting!
I'm 163cm and currently weigh 75kg. The lowest I've been is about 68kg, when I had my wisdom teeth out and couldn't eat a lot. But when I could eat again I sort of made up for it.
-- How much weight do you want to lose? 15-20kg (33-44lbs)
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? I'd like to get to 60kg by August 25th, my 19th birthday. I want to go out clubbing with some friends and wear this top I have. It's a black corset. It fits, but not really well. That gives me 12 weeks, losing just over a kilo a week.
If I don't quite get there then my goal is get to whatever my ideal weight is by the summer, for the obvious reason of wanting to look good in a bikini.
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? Just by good diet and exercise and eating less then I burn.
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? My mum will be able to support me, as in she'll be happy for me when I start to make progress. but it's hard to get her to stop buying me chocolate and all that good-but-bad stuff
-- How realistic is your goal? I'm no expert but I hope it's realistic. I don't really want to get to a particular weight, just one that is right for my size, and according to all the BMI and ideal weight calculatore, 55-60kg is a good weight
-- When will you start? Right now!
