Hi!
So new member here, basically I joined in hopes of finding a bit of guidance that would help me in my quest to gain some muscle mass.
I'm 19 years old, around 6ft 4 and quite skinny, not so you'd notice, but when I have a short sleeve t-shirt on then you can see my upper arms are relatively skinny.
Basically what I'm really aiming for is to build some muscle mass on both my shoulders and arms, those are my main goals.
I don't think my goals are particularly high to achieve, they're just going to take some work.
I have these images below of the kind of body size and shape that I want to achieve, just a naturally muscular look without looking like you're constantly working out or anything.
Hoping someone could help me with what sort of foods I should be eating, how often and when exactly - like a diet schedule or something and also the types of exercises I would need to do to achieve the arm and shoulder size.
I'm fairly new to this, I did some training a few years ago and have a rowing machine as my home equipment, but stopped after my neck muscles seemed to hurt from being a bit weak.
Hope someone can help!
Thanks!
