Adam's track to better health

Hi, I am Adam. I am new here and posted about myself in the newbie section so check that out :D.

Any ways I am 16, 222 lbs. and about 6 feet tall. Trying to get to 210 by the end of this month. My diet is 2400 Calories per day, and at least 15-30 minutes of jogging a day, 7 days a week. Today was the first day of this routine and hopefully will become just a good habit.

Today i ate about 2300 calories, and jogged for 15 mins so im on the right track. I will be posting my accomplishments everyday from now on :D
 
Thursday 13th 2008

Today was weird. Woke up and weighed myself the exact same way i did yesterday, haven't eaten yet and in my boxers (i know the ladies cant get off me when im in just my boxers, but i thought it was a good idea :D ) anyways i weighed 222 yesterday, and today im 215. Swear to god. lol so now im wondering... wtf? Is it because of a loss of water :drool5: ? Im very confused, but happy :sifone:

Journal:

Breakfast:
Cheerios-100
Milk - 140

Lunch:
8 Tiquitos - 600
1/2 bag popcorn- 120

Dinner:
3 slices pizza ~1500

Total 2500

Edit: Around 9 i got hungry again and felt that i didnt eat enough fruit, so i made myself a bowl of assorted berries. Kinda bent the rules but thought it was needed.

it probably would be a good idea to eat more fruits and vegetables... you diet seems to be alot of empty calories... how much water do you drink???
 
hah yeaaahh i am doing alot better now eating more salads and drinking more drinks like that dole brand juices and Welches' eating an apple as a side of every meal. i havent posted in a couple days now because i thought no one was watching it. Now that i know some one is i will post everyday again :p, dont worry tho still on the diet and exercise plan :D

Edit: Also drinking 2 tall 8 fl oz. glasses of water a day

lol good job... youve seriously motivated me to start eating more veggies and fruits as well... instead of cereal im taking carrot sticks as a snack today...lol... keep up with the hard work!!!
 
agh busy busy... had alot of hw so i couldnt post yesterday. But ill post yesterdays log today :D. I also read that u need a certain amount of carbohydrates per calorie intake level, so ill post that too :hurray:

What really motivates you is when you start feeling like you can jog further and further, and as you jog home you see your neighbors smiling and waving. Really felt good :D :hurray::hurray: :party: :dupe:
