Any ways I am 16, 222 lbs. and about 6 feet tall. Trying to get to 210 by the end of this month. My diet is 2400 Calories per day, and at least 15-30 minutes of jogging a day, 7 days a week. Today was the first day of this routine and hopefully will become just a good habit.
Today i ate about 2300 calories, and jogged for 15 mins so im on the right track. I will be posting my accomplishments everyday from now on
