Pictures???? I didn't see any, where are they?? I wanted to make a comment on your post regarding not having to take that big test in your AP class if you past your lecture, my son had the same thing in May for his 12th grade AP class, and he was so excited he didn't have to take the final exam. That sure makes it nice for you and less stress to deal with. I'm happy it happened that way for you!! So I missed about two pages here, but are you trying to add calories into your day now?? I was just told today, that I need to do that, my weight has been sitting at the same for weeks, and I work out like a mad women, and somebody here suggested I try to increase the amount of calories I eat to hopefully fuel my body an little more and give me that extra kick. I was just wondering if you were doing the same?? I hope you have a good day today.

today i'm pretty pooped, a lot of stuff today, college stuff, rip off gym thing which i'll explain tomorrow, and i had to work. todays the lasty day of my refeed and i hit about 2600 calories. tomorrows a test, so i gotta study/sleep early with that.

i'll express how i feel about the pics i posted and other stuff tomorrow. shit, i go to school from 9-4 tomorrow, and i got 5-9. i may exercise after 9 until 11ish, so i don't even know if i'm gonna be on. hopefully by saturday though.

I did pretty good. I screwed up with the klondike bar, the extra 300 calories (nearly 17% of my caloric intake...think about that...thats almost 20%...5 of those pretty much kills me). Anyways, I also ran, which i'm proud of. I am so competitive about that competition, heh.

I can't believe all the wonderful comments I got from my pics. A part of me is telling me that people are just being nice (there is an overwhelming amount of nice people on these forums) so i'm trying to love myself, but its very difficult.

Next week is gonna be busy. huge bio2 test, 90.52, i barely have an A, barely, so i need to keep it that way. I have to go up to tampa in 2 weeks to work on the transient student paper work, so i can take my classes. this year, i'm kinda taking a break, but i'm kinda not, hopefully i can save up some money.

tomorrow is gonna be a lot of exercise and a lot of eating right! no more klondike bars!!!
 
HI Adam!! I looked in the Before & After, what is the title? Don't worry about a Klondike bar, that's not going to hurt you a bit. Just keep up on the exercise and you will do just fine. OH and get plenty of rest so you can do well on the test next week. :) Eat some fish next week also, I hear it's good for the memory! Enjoy the rest of your weekend

I got slammed with bio2. So much crap I have to do (and if i wasn't exempt from a&p, i wouldn't have time to post this, nor exercise). Basically, lots of hw to do today (3 labs, huge taxonomy classfication assignment) and then tomorrow is an all day study group/review, where we review the labs and the home work. Wednsday is work, studying for the test. Thursday is studying for the test (maybe another study group), and friday is an early morning study group and the test. I will be so glad when this class is over.

I am still recording my calories and doing my exercises. They are kinda like my break time, heh. Well, lemme get back to the classfication...ttyl
 
heh, sounds like me when I go back to school.....keep up the hard work and it'll be very rewarding in the end ^_^

Sorry i've been so inactive. Friday is my final then peace at last! (i still have to deal with the stupid university/college...they messed up my transcripts, and i can't register...i will be able to fix this problem eventually, but hopefully all the good teachers aren't gone already :()

I need a 72 on my final to maintain my A. It should be fairly doable, but this is no time to slack off!!!

Sounds like a good deal....getting a 72 to keep an A.....at least you don't have to get a 90-something to pass the class lol....
 
I havent' posted here in a while. Actually as long as I stopped going to the gym (since the time I went I posted, I went to the gym yesterday to do some weight lifting, i'm sore)

I haven't been watching what I've been eating, but I have been exercising mine you. Which is suprising, which I think i'm down to close 200 lbs, which is incredible. I dont' know how thats possible..unless its atrophy. But following the principle where one usually gains 1 lb of muscle mass in a week, i suspect the reverse goes as well: one loses a lb of muscle mass in a week without proper diet/exercises.

Lets just say, I got a new form of motivation, and now I'm more determined then ever to lose weight. I will hit onederland very soon, but I sitll won't feel happy, I have a lot more weight to lose.

My brain was fried after finals so I was taking it easy for a bit. School starts back on the 20th...talk about a SHORT break.

Also, Liz is going up to NY tomorrow. I'm driving her....its a one way ticket and she doesn't know when she's coming back. I'm gonna miss her very much, and i'm beginning the mourning process. This will be on my mind a little bit...I have a feeling she's not going to come back down until next year. Don't worry though, I will not turn to food for comfort!

Well, thats all for now! I starts fitday back up again, and i've been very good...honest!

Hey, sorry it's been a while!

I know what you mean about the not watching what you're eating... because I'm doing the same thing. The only time I eat well is when I'm working and I pack my lunch, other than that, boy oh boy! However, we can do it and we will do it! Hehehe

Good job on exercising though, the only exercise I got was with moving, which was a lot during that time. lol... other than that though... not so good.

Sorry to hear about Liz. I hope that she won't be gone too long. It's never easy, but I do hope things work out well.
 
yeah, the vacation I was on I ate soooome stuff.....but I kinda knew I'd be back to school next weekend and I'll be back on the diet and exercising more with the on-campus fitness center
 
Risty and sun, thanks for the replies! :). Thanks for the kind words risty, I'm praying for strength to get through this, and sun, i wish my school offered a fitness center! lol

For those of you that are knew and don't know who liz is (who wasn't here for the first part of my journal series), we had a very complicated relationship. She was my best friend and a girlfriend, so its really hard to describe what kinda relationship it was :)...(its kinda funny...she told me that she lived her for 2 years and gained some of weight (she's still hot, but she's a little self consious, which is understandable). her excuse about the weight gain, when she goes back to NY, is that she is pregnant and i'm the baby's father! LOL!!!...if I did have a child at this young age, i would have screwed up big time :p)

I'm getting ready for the drive to orlando airport, about an hour and a half drive away from my house. its sure as hell gonna be a lonely drive back...but i'm trying not to think about that :doh:
 
Heh, my boyfriend is moving to the Orlando, FL area to go to school at Fullsail...he leaves Thursday I think and it will prob be a 16-18 hour drive
