I havent' posted here in a while. Actually as long as I stopped going to the gym (since the time I went I posted, I went to the gym yesterday to do some weight lifting, i'm sore)
I haven't been watching what I've been eating, but I have been exercising mine you. Which is suprising, which I think i'm down to close 200 lbs, which is incredible. I dont' know how thats possible..unless its atrophy. But following the principle where one usually gains 1 lb of muscle mass in a week, i suspect the reverse goes as well: one loses a lb of muscle mass in a week without proper diet/exercises.
Lets just say, I got a new form of motivation, and now I'm more determined then ever to lose weight. I will hit onederland very soon, but I sitll won't feel happy, I have a lot more weight to lose.
My brain was fried after finals so I was taking it easy for a bit. School starts back on the 20th...talk about a SHORT break.
Also, Liz is going up to NY tomorrow. I'm driving her....its a one way ticket and she doesn't know when she's coming back. I'm gonna miss her very much, and i'm beginning the mourning process. This will be on my mind a little bit...I have a feeling she's not going to come back down until next year. Don't worry though, I will not turn to food for comfort!
Well, thats all for now! I starts fitday back up again, and i've been very good...honest!
