I did do an hour of cardio at the gym (my lower body was sore though...because of weight training) and some upper body weight training. Tomorrow is my weight in day and i am pretty excited. I should study tonight, but I'll either play left 4 dead or mario kart. Heh....i'll check up on some ppl journals though...
oh, and i joined cerelly's challange, so we'll see how that goes. i think its definitely a good idea to give people points based on other criterias besides weight loss. we'll see how it goes

I have dropped by your diary before but never posted.Since we are doing this challenge together I thought I would bite the bullet and say gday!
Good job on the work out, btw!! I have to agree with what you said about the Challenge earning point for other stuff other than simply weight loss. I think that why I found it so appealling. Anyway, keep it up and good luck!!
