Man I hate this pic, i look like such a goof in it. Not to mention I'm way overweight. Also, if I remember correctly, I was "sucking it in"

Me @ 422 LBS

Sorry about this pic, I look like I'm ready to kill someone and I don't know why. It's the only pic I have that's recent. It's just a face, but you get the idea.

Me @ 347 LBS

75 LBS down over 100 to go!

Definitely kickin' some serious butt on your reduction.

Something tells me your gonna be one of those guys that ain't gonna quit until it's mission accomplished.

wtg bro.

You totally look like someone I know...

Only I don't quite know who it is.

Fantastic job thus far. Keep up the good work!! You have such a friendly and open face in your before pic! ... and such piercing eyes in your during!

WHEEEEEEEEEEE! You're doing great, and looking great.

hehe love those pictures.

Since some of the loss ive had ive had to move the car seat forward amoung other stuff.
Keep up the good work - start a diary thread, sit down, stay a while :)

Thanks guys, I'll post some more in another couple months when I'm in the 200's, I'm not the most photogenic so I hate these damn pics.

Trucker, I suspect you're correct, once you tell yourself that it's a lifestyle change and finally convince yourself that results aren't going to show up overnight it slowly gets easier.

Corey the star... I played rugby in Georgetown, but aside from that I don't know if we would have met.

I didn't always live in Georgetown!

Anyway, the more I look the less familiar you look... if that makes any sense.

I've never been to a rugby game in Georgetown. But I DID live in Toronto once.

Now that you mention it, my father actually looks like Paul Sr. LOL!

But we get along better, I think! Thanks for the compliments btw!

MDM - Great Job!
75 pounds lost is a huge accomplishment, and your hard work is definitely showing off!

:)

You can REALLY see the difference! Keep up the great work! ....and no, you don't look like you're going to kill anyone, either!!

It took me 7 months to lose 78 LBS. It really doesn't concern me how long it took to get it off, as long as it gets off!!!!

Good luck with your diet man, stick with it.

misslovely, its not that hard - join the 2lb a week club and you can loose that amount also. 10lb a month is a great healthy amount to loose without going overboard or feeling like you've denied yourself :D

hey man, you look great! your face looks much less full in the 2nd pic. :) good luck with attaining your weight goals!
