Well we seem to be keeping the same hours as well as the same food lol. I'm up with insomnia and hope I will get another hour in if I go back to bed now (been up since 4am eeeeeek!). But Rell your diet looks so much better and more natural than it used to be a few years ago. Girl that's how damn long I've been tracking you and been on this site lol.

lol I already have BPD and don't really need another handful of Shiat on my plate, I can barely hang on with this.
