My goals for this week are:

To use the exercise bike a min of 30 mins everyday Mon - Thurs as I am going away Fri morning after work...

Also to do 2 sessions of Yoga this week while at work....(I use to work out on my night shifts and I stopped, I would like to get back into it!)

Oh and I want to readd my fiber suppliment daily to have my minimun amount of 30 a day.

And continue to do a daily affirmation...this helps me find some positive in my day...

Bonus challenge starting 7/7
foodwise: 1 cup of milk a day in some form or another, oatmeal, drink, cereal
excercise: complete 10 songs on standard mode on ddr. i don;t have to have them score high but i must complete them ( thus upping my normal level of exertion)
 
My BONUS goals:

  • Running: Start running every day from Monday to Friday. Run 2kms three times a week and try to improve my time. Also do my usual 20 minute run/walkson the other two days.
  • Strength: Get 2 full body heavy effort sessions in, Mon and Thu.
  • Flexibility: Full body stretch at least once a day (before and after exercise)
  • Swimming: Swim twice this week, Tue and Thu. Improve my 125 metre time by Friday.
  • Cycling: Cycle 5kms three times this week, Mon, Wed, Fri.
  • Dancing: Go to my 2 belly dance classes and do one practice session of my own Wednesday.
  • Eating: 3-5 fruit and veg per day. 2 portions of dairy per day. 30g fibre per day. 3 litres water per day. Stay on 1700 cals.
  • Other: Cuticle oil once a day. Ankle exercises once a day. Take lunch to work every day. Sort out my motorbike loan and get a haircut.

Quite an ambitious list, I'll admit... but I've been at this a while now... stepping it up a bit won't kill me, actually, it may make me stronger :)

Bonus goal for this week: 1+ servings of each of 15 different vegetables.

I eat a reasonable quantity of both fruits and vegetables (3-4.5 servings a day of fruit and 3.5-5 servings a day of veggies), but I don't have a huge variety. For the 5 days ended yesterday, I'd only had 7 different fruits and 7 different vegetables, and they're kind of my staple foods. Almost always in the house, easy to prepare, things I like. I get enough variety over the course of a week (in that my Fitday reports for any given week show me over 100% of the RDA of everything), but I'm kind of in a rut.
 
I do not know how to word this or how it will work overall but I have been having a huge issue with binge eating and need to stop it this week
so, my challange to myself is to not binge eat this week. to eat my meals and snacks and that is it. i know what i am allotted so i need to stick to it.

Exercise I need to Wt consistantly again. I havnt because of work but I still havent.
