So, getting abs was all i ever wanted. I started off as a severely overweight child at age 12. 75kg and 162cm was as far as I could remember. Then, at age 13, I was at 74kg and 172cm. Now, age 14. I'm at 64kg and 180cm. My question is. What am I missing? I calculated my fat percentage online and it was at about 10.3%. What do you think is my real body fat percentage? I have a little visible abs but some stubborn fats above my lower abs. What can I do to get really visible abs? And, can i get them in less then 2 weeks?

Extra things:
2.4km timing - 12.54min(4 months ago)
Able to do 4 pull ups, 5th cant touch chin
Relatively strong compared to most people.
Can do about 20 strict shoulder-width push ups at one go with chest less than 5cm off the ground and straightening arms after each push up
Gym really often when I can.
I do bench press(only recently), run/walk on treadmill for quite long, weighted sit ups, pull up machine, lat pulldown(50kg at 8-10reps, about 3-5 sets) and play around with dumbbells and barbells

You gotta work harder bro.

**** weighted **** and gym.

Just get a mat, lie on the floor and do a lot of situps. Start with sets, don't Max out or you'll only do a few and stop.

Do sets of many different types, leg raises, toe reaches, crunches holding your legs up, there's infinite ab exercises, you just have to work hard, and for more than 2 weeks, it doesn't just happen suddenly.

Good luck

Whats the reason my abs doesnt show? Is it because im still too fat or they are not strong enough? and can you give me a rough estimate of what my body fat percentage is?

Hey man,

It's very hard unless you're an expert nutiritionist or trainer to answer that I'm afraid, but I'll tell you my opinion.
Also maybe as you already saw and did, there are ways to calculate your body fat on internet, not the most accurate but good enough. You'll have to measure some areas of your body and type it all in aswell as your weight etc and you'll see.

But as you posted pictures aswell, to me you look pretty good man, like your body is ready for work and definition now but you gotta put the work in ;) You just have to start doing a lot of abs, and maybe continue doing some cardio so you can definitely knock off any little fat covering your pack.

Best wishes

Abs are a functional muscle group and should be trained that way. Make sure your working the entire mid section. I recommend old fashioned on the floor sit ups, 3 sets of 50, lying knee/leg lifts, 3 sets of 25 and seated twists with a stick behind your head, 100 reps.
The lower your body fat the more your abs will show, not the lighter you are but the leaner you are.
Good Luck.

If you eat 2 candys two times a week for two weeks are you going to gain weight???? It is the same with your abbs.Exercise your core as often as you can
try to do more crunches then the day before and in month or two you will see results.Exercise your legs and low back too. Most abb exercises use the legs
and the low back as seconadry muscle. You are not going to do more then 20 crunches if your legs start to shake or you feel pain in your low back. And do
you think that visible abbs will look good on your invisible chest??? What I am trying to say is-make sure your abb goal is part of overall body building routine.

Agree. I work my chest too, as well as my back. Bicep curls too. Big biceps look really cool. I try to work my entire upper body whenever I can. Thanks!
