Pretty much my biggest goal is what everyguy wants..: the 6 pack
My diet consists of:
morning: cereal / boiled eggs / pancakes w/o syrup
lunch: eggs / tuna / spinage / rolls
dinner: eggs / spinage / turkey sandwhich on weat bread
skim milk with every meal and if out, drink water.

I am religious when it comes to eating right..i have a cookie about once every 3 weeks, I dont drink and I am VERY dedicated for my goal
My abdominal workout is as follows:
I work 5 days a week 8-5 so I can only make it to the gym after work.
Monday:chest+upper abs+obliques
Tues:arms+lower abs
Weds:back+upper abs+obliques
Thurs:shoulders+lower abs
Fri:legs+upperabs+obliques

My upper abs include: inclined crunches, 3 sets of 50, crunch machine 3 sets of 25 (higher weight)
Lower abs includes: leg lefts+captains chair 4 sets of 20, roller wheel 4 sets of 15, leg lifts lifts on a bench 3 sets of 15
oblique workouts includes side bends + torso twists
I dont really run..being that I do ab workout plus my regular weight lifting + abs I usually dont get home until 7:30, but I have a low percentage of fat on my core.
I have no guidance when it comes to my ab workouts pretty much I do as much as i can on workouts ive found to be the most thourough, but if anyone has anything to add please do!
