Abs

I'm not responding to abs like I used to. I'm not getting the tightness after ab workouts. I assume that I have to up the intensity.

I usually do 20 mins of abs after lifting, sets of 25-50 depending with short 5-10 seconds breaks inbetween varying ab exercises on and off an exercise ball.

It seems whenever I add another ab exercise to my workout, I feel it for a week or so, but then my body gets use to it. Should I increase resistance (by holding a weight plate above my chest) or Increase repetitions?


Basically I'm just curious about other people's ab routines.
