abs

stomach seems to be losing some fat, but im still not getting visible abs!

im getting really frustrated, but i guess there isnt much that i can do but keep on working on it. Ive been eating much healthier, and working on cardio, and im guessing that lax season (which starts on friday) will bring a lot of cardio too. Please just give me any motivation, or some tips on what to eat and not eat, also and excersise that would be the best.

ok well im expecting a hell of alot of responses but here it goes.. lol

cardio & diet will not get you abs! they will make you lose enough fat to make them visable if they're large enough to protrude.. weighted ab exercises should make them grow & stick out more! keep doin everything ur doin & throw in some weighted ab exercises.

so to get mathamatical
cardio + diet = low bf%
cardio + diet + lifting = abs lol
