hello all. new to the forum. using this to keep track of my progress for at least 3 months. i've recently purchased a new ab training system that i'm going to try out. my body type is consistent to that of an ectomorph. i do a fair amount of ab exercises in addition to regular lifting and a moderate amount of aerobics. for some reason though i've never been able to get a six-pack. so that is the goal i'm striving for by the end of this 3 month period.
as you can see i'm pretty slim. i'm 5'6, 135, and the abs area is pretty much flat with a little definition but no six-pack. i'll post weekly pictures of my progress. any comments/suggestions are more than welcome. thanks!
