Abs, Chest, and Arms

Hey Everyone I'm new here and I'm 17, 6'7", and about 215 lbs. And I want good looking Chest, Abs, and Arms. I live at a boarding school but we have a gym here. I haven't really worked out much and I need advice on a routine, and how many of what exercise I should do. We have lots of equipment. I also know that my long arms don't help with muscle building, and i'm not horribly fat, just not great either. Thanks for the help.

Calorie surplus and 1g of protein/pound body weight is essential for growth. Look at stickies. For muscle growth will need to work back and legs too because they release hormones because big muscles.
I know you probably don't want to hear that but it is true, do big compound movements and then, after those, isolation. Do squats, lat pull downs and bent-over rows - these will sufficiently activate the back and legs if you don't want to get them big ( bad idea because lats look great when big and small legs look stupid).
After those exercises do bench, shoulder press then maybe arm and chest isolation e.g. flyes, curls and tricep extensions (don't forget triceps - they are half of arm). For abs just look around this forum. coopersguns.com has many videos of exercises as do many other sites.
Good luck.
