If you do crunches every morning, maybe 50 before you take your shower, this will give you a great routine and will give results in a few weeks. Plus you can do it in your bathroom, standing. You might need a machine that can specifically do the butt exercise....or try running up and down some long stairs. Good luck. You got all winter to do it...go for it.
PS: This is a tip for every one. If you workout at a gym. Close your eyes while you're doing your sets....it increases your concentration 100%, plus you dont get distracted by all the hot bodies strolling by.![]()

Generally, I like my eyes open as I view the iron whimper and whine; as I move my bones, I groan, and I hear the many irons moan as I stand in my zone.
I have learned a lot of unknowns through these groans; I have grown and the iron I own.
