about to explode :(

i have noticed that 2 weeks ago i made my workout more intense now that i can feel my muscles actually bigger than before but everytime i breath in it feels as if the muscles around the rib are about to burst, not as in painful way.

could it be because i dont work out my pecs (6packs) and the muscles around rib are getting bigger so everytime i breath they strech out

I dont think it has anything to do with not working on ur ab muscles. this means? could it be because i dont work out my pecs (6packs)? your talkin about ur pecs=chest or abs lol, maybe see a doc that seems kind of weird..
 
sorry hehehe im talking out my "abs" i didnt really see the difference between the words abs and pecs (thought they were the same lol ) thx for telling
 
Where exactly are you talking about?? the entire rib cage, front and back, top to bottom??? trying to picture what you mean..
 
muscles around your rib cage are probobly sore, happenes to me sometimes in the back, it usually fades away pretty quick.
