i have noticed that 2 weeks ago i made my workout more intense now that i can feel my muscles actually bigger than before but everytime i breath in it feels as if the muscles around the rib are about to burst, not as in painful way.
could it be because i dont work out my pecs (6packs) and the muscles around rib are getting bigger so everytime i breath they strech out
