hi guys, i have a question about my wrist and forearm. Even i have been doing wrist curl, reverse curle, sitting wrist curle, my wrist and my forearm is still not getting thicker or stronger compare to all the other parts of my body. I am working my forearm once a week with my legs, and i know when i do bicep, shoulder, or tricep i do train some of my forearm too. my question is if i wanna specifically speed up the development of my forearm muscle, should i do 3 sets of 4 forearm excercise every other day incorporating into my 4 days 1 off routine?? and what other good forearm excercise you guys can suggest?? thanks.
 
quit focusing on your forearms so damn much. they are TINY muscles, and you're hitting htem with set after set of exercises.

are you doing heavy deadlifting?
are you doing pull ups?
are you doing bent over barbell rows?
how about real heavy dumbbell shrugs?

NEVER use straps except on your heaviest lift, maybe the last set, AFTER your grip has given out.
