about cutting

like many here, i'm attempting to lower body fat, cutting if you will.
i've read various material on the subject, but i just want to know waht's the most successful technique for cutting body fat?
 
well, different techniques work for different ppl. so far i've gone from 182lbs at 22.1% bodyfat to 179 at 17.5% bodyfat.

what i did was lower my calories from carbs and kept my protein and fat where they were before i started. i've gone from 300-400 carbs to 100-200 a day.

i eat 6X a day every 2.5 to 3 hours. i do HIIT 3X a week and weight train 3X a week.

i dont believe this is the most successful techinique but it's working for me and a some more i've been helping out.
