Abdominals

Hi, I am 15 years old and I want to have leaner abdominals. My question is this: aside from doing crunches and situps, if I walked around flexing my abdominal muscles (just contracting and relaxing them or keeping them contracted for a while) without the crunches or situps, what kind of an affect would that give? Would it do any good or should I forget about it, because it does wear out my abnominal muscles when I do it. I would like more of a professional to answer this question please and if so what is your experience? Thank you!

The abs diet.

This book is mostly exercisers though. over 60 just for abs. You need this book so buy it and you'll have killer abs.
 
You can do stomach vaccuums whenever you like.

1. Exhale as much as you can.
2. Clench your abs and tighten the muscles "you would stop going to the toilet" with.
3. Hold for 20-30 sec.

Forgot to mention, the best thing that you can do to get leaner abs is to go on a leaner diet.

Ive heard about you can do stomach vacuum as much as you want before, but some have argued that point.. can you really do them every day and not risk the same you would if you worked any other muscle every day?

and dont just tighten the P muscle (the muscle you stop the urine flor with) because thats not the TA, its the prostate muscle or something, great for preforming better in bed :D , but you should along with that try to suck your gutt inn, try to make your belly button touch your spine (although that will never happen)
