Abdominal help

I am an 18 year old male. I am 5' 11" 170lbs. I am very active, I wrestle for my high school team, I am also training to be a MMA fighter. But I cannot, for the life of me, get a six pack. I train more than anyone I have ever met (approx 35-45 hours a week between practice, training and lifting). I am on a strict diet because of the fact that I have to make weight. Would anyone be so kind as to provide a workout specifically for trimming fat and toning the muscle's on the rectus abdominal's and obliques? Or atleast link me to one? Any help would be very appreciated.

Any weighted ab exercise will be benificial....keep the rep range fairly low (no higher than 12-15).abs will show if your body fat is low enough
