Hi,
OK, well I am determined to lose weight and keep it off, so I thought that an online diary would be a way to make myself accountable to all of you. So what I'm basically saying, is that if I seem to be slipping, feel free to give me a prod (but in a nice way!
)
I think I weigh about 11 st 11, but will start properly tomorrow morning with a weigh-in.
My plan is to set a number of small, hopefully realistic goals, with my main aim being to weight 10 st by the 1st of January 2010. That's 25 lb in 3 months, which should be possible. This is what I hope to do:
1. Weigh myself 1st thing every morning, and record it here
2. Measure my waist, chest, thighs and upper arms every Sunday and record it here
3. Eat breakfast every morning
4. Do not snack between meals
5. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day
I'm going back to university on Thursday, which means I'll become much more active as I'm a keen rower. However, I also generally put on weight at university, as rowing makes me hungry. Eating breakfast before rowing will be a challenge, but I think worth it.
My goals will be in my signature.
