Really? I find my weight is higher a few days before AF and then lower the last few days of it.
I guess every woman is different.

and also still tracking my food. It feels like for all of my hard work I should be 10 lbs lighter already, but aggravatingly, it does not work that way; especially the closer a woman gets to her "ideal" body weight.
I am so ready for this. I love my life! And I expect my finances to start turning around any day now.
I am consuming more calories - and not from junk - than I was before, and I am still working out. It is somewhat frustrating and makes me want to

It was a PARTY, people! What a blessing, what a privilege to jam with my old pals again! The chemistry is still there, and WE ARE GOING TO ROCK!!!


but cannot guarantee I will stick with the extra calories if the scale starts creeping up. 
NOT a great start to my day having stepped very gingerly onto the *&%$ scale and watched it go UP to 157. This after a mere 3 days of increased caloric intake, while still doing my workouts. WTF?!

Did my steps today and consumed about 1600 calories. I had to work hard to get in that many, but I am going to keep it up for a while.

Very tired, long shift at work. Total steps today = 12225, including sweaty hard workout.
which makes up for my exhaustion.
