Will working your abs rid alot of the tummy fat?
Been weight training for about 2 months, ive have great results but i've been really lazy on my abs.
every part of my body that ive trained is looking leaner and bigger.
If i had worked my abs as hard as I work the rest of the body, would I have lost some of the fat around my tummy or is this more of a cardio thing and sit ups are for bringing out the 6 pack?
