ab workout

iv been looking over the internet for workouts that wourkout my upper lower abs and obliques

i need a couple workouts for my upper and lower abs. iv been doing leg lifts and situps for a couple months and would like something new. any reccomendaions would be great
 
It veries alot to do with your body ypes and how you body responds to certain exercises. Prehaps you need to begin hitting abs for 10-20 mins before every workout and start incoperating new exercises. I will begin doing this. I like to do sit up, crunches, rop pull downs, weighted crunches, leg ups and i work my obliques with a pole that i swing from side to side for 5 mins then hit them with weighted oblique pull ups (Sorry about terminology and i know the exercises but not the specfic name for some).

Remember though the more learn muscle you have the more your body burns fat. So working all parts of your body will improve to show enhance your abdominal region.
 
Well it depends. If your trying to develope your abs over other muscle groups then hit them first, whilts your still fresh. If not such an issue, then do them whenever. All depends on what your trying to acheive. You need to prioritise.
 
Abs for 20 mins before workout????...i dont agree.

If you must prioritise then prioritise your diet first.

Secondly if you are lifting then concentrate on compound movments like
deadlifts
squats
rows .... the usual suspects.

as for abs...find a decent workout(plenty around) and do it 3 or maybe 2 times a week and no more than 3-4 set of 12 for each exercise(incorporating weights if needed)
