Ab Workout

Is this a good ab workout? I've doing this for a couple of weeks now, twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). I do weighted sit-ups with 60lbs on my chest and then I do some leg lifts on a bench. Should I be working them more each week or should I just work them more each day?
 
Then you're set. Now just wait 6 months.

Oh, and consider your diet. I've been hearing thats important too...

No, you should keep doing what your doing but increasing the weight.
You can do this with ur leg raises by strapping light weights to your ankles.

However, 60lbs is quite a lot for someone who has been doing it for only a couple of weeks. try using a light weight and holding it above your head.

Also... dont forget about your obliques (sides)
