Ab workout problem.

Hey well i have been working out my abs forever and just a few days ago I just noticed the only muscles that were feeling a workout was my back and thats why im guessing i have not been seeing results. I have been trying to figure why I feel it there. For my ab workout i just do crunches. But any tips or solution to this probelm will be helpfull.... :(
 
Start doing planks/bridges. You want the core strong and stable.

Also, you want to do lumbar work and you can do supine bridges and birddogs for that.
