ab roller

ive just bught one of those ab rollers the ones where u stand up and push it along the floor until ure horizontal and then pull yourself upright.Im wondering if any of u guys have tried them and if so what are your views? it seems to be a killer on the abs and arms.
 
good link about it, read about the form, there are some important points there.

and yes, its a killer, its pretty hard to stabilize the pelvic so the lowerback doesnt flex like crazy when you roll.
 
cheers karky ive just checked out your link and im not quite goimg down as far as the guy. But i am in control of my whole movement i guess ill start on my knees and get my form spot on.
