ab fat

Is that a question?

Yes, there is. It's called diet and cardio. You don't need supplements for anything, if you don't want.

But at 88 lbs, you should just start lifting.

Dieting is about the only way you're going to get ripped abs. Suppliments are over-hyped, and are probably at _max_ a 10% factor in body building.

Modifying your diet will take you a lot further than any suppliment.

Lose ab fat now

It's really simple once you apply the correct concepts

Supplements; what are they a supplement your diet.. so if your diet sucks don't expect any supplement to work well.

Number one is a great organic diet based on your metabolic type.

next is proper exercise and weight training program to get you to your goal.
desining programs are important, don't just read a magazine and expect great results.

proper cardo.

so supplements can work with a already working diet plan. so work on eating quality organic food.

mehul patel,
im 13, 5'2 and im 93 lbs. my abs are very visible but i want them mroe deifned. im at like 11% body fat and want it to like 9%. what is your diet and exercise plan looking like?

Patel, at your weight and height, I would just tell you to workout using weights. Your body will develop. Especially since you want a six pack, perform ab routines and you will most likely be able to see your abs. Even if you cut all the fat, your six pack will be weak and barely visible anyway.

not to mention it does look really stupid with a defind six pack and no arms and chest or sholders... otherwise it would just look like your mother has been starving you to death.. and that look aint cool...
