ab day, but what to do??

im putting in an ab day for just abs but all i could do is weighted crunches and side bends.. anything else i could do? i got a bench, dumbells, weights, squat rack, pull up bar thats like really high i gotta get a chair to reach it lol, yep.. thanks!

Is this good?

-Weighted Crunches (25lb plate behind head do 5 sets 20 times)
-Side bends (20lb dumbell on each side. 3 sets of 20 bends/reps)
-Hanging leg raise (idk didnt do them yet ill do something lol)

Is there anything else i can do? are those good? remember im cutting and this is a single ab day to my routein. i do chest and abs like 3 days before this.

I like the exercise where you take the tricep rope and hold it behind your head and crunch down while on your knees...no idea what it's called though.

Cuff the dumbbell in your arms and do DB Sit-ups.

Do leg raises on the bench while holding onto the barbell

Take the weights, lock yourself in and do russian twists (assumign what you stated were weights are plates)

dont know what they're called but you get on ur knees with ur hands on the swiss ball and you roll it out in front of you so you end up with ur elbows on the ball and ur torso stretched out....killer on the top abs and core...then finish off with captains chair and ball crunches

Hey bro,

Take a look at some of these ab and core exercises and I'm sure you'll find a couple that you hadn't thought of yet.

There are so many exercises that you can do to target the abs and core. Variation is always good and rest in between workouts is just as important. If you could invest in a stability ball and a thereband you could increase your exercise options alot. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Good luck. Ben

the best ab exercise i got resultsf rom is the L Sit and Tuck which is are gymnastic moves...an L Sit is where you pearch urself up on ur hands with ur legs parallel 2 the ground and hold for a total of 1min...the Tuch is a top push up type position but you have ur knees tuck into u chest so only ur hands are in contact with the ground...it's a bit hard to write...put in "coach sommer gymnastics" in google and ull find it

but do you not have to use weight for anything to benefit? Wouldnt that be like pushups? benefitless?
