6'2 tall,quite a big build
Thinking about joining a gym soon

Ill start posting what i eat daily and what excercise i do starting tommorow.

Wanna trade builds? Six foot two, lucky you.And men have that added bonus of testosterone, so you can build tons of muscle while dropping the fat like a bad habit.

Ok todays update :

Breakfast : Porrige and a glass of orange juice
Lunch : Ham sandwich (wholemeal bread) and glass of water
Dinner : Ham omelettee with glass of orange squash
Snacks : 2 oranges and a Twix (temptation got the better of me :( ) Also drunk 2 glases of water.

Excercise : Went for a 1hour walk

Today went quite well,cut down on what i usually eat. Didnt eat much variety though as i couldnt really think of any healthy dinners. If anyone has any suggestions for dinners or how i can improve my diet please reply :) Im always being told i should eat more fish but to be honest,i really dont like the taste of fish.
 
Yum...Twix. I would always dig those out of my kids Halloween buckets. :) How bout chicken for meals? I make lots a dinners with chicken (mostly because its one thing all my kids will eat). I find its pretty versatile. Keep up the good work!
 
lol The twix was just sitting there in my fridge and i couldnt resist :p Ill have to be more strict though.

I do like chicken alot,but the only dinner i know how to make using chicken is roast dinner :p
 
Ok ive had another pretty bad day;

Breakfast : Porridge and glass of orange juice
Lunch : gooseberry yoghert and about 5 custard creams :)mad: )
Dinner : Pasta with white sauce
Snacks : Orange, 2 glasses of water

Exercise : 1 and a half hour walk

Overall today hasnt been too great,got the munchies at lunch time and ate quite a few biscuits (was probably more than 5). I do find it difficult at the weekends though so hopefully I can get back on track next week.

Any comments/tips appreciated :)
 
Hang in there. I find the weekends especially difficult too. With everyone at home, eating at different times during the day, its very hard to be good. I do much better during the week when we are more on a schedule.

Munchies are going to happen, thats for sure. I have tried to get some special foods just for me that I like that are low cal. I usually keep some pretzels, low cal fudge bars, and my current favorite - sugar free pudding. At least it gives me something to eat when I just cant stand it anymore.

Good luck next week. I am sure you will get back on track right away. :)

Today,

Lunch : Nothing (Really didnt have time and I wasnt too hungry:( )
Dinner : Ham Salad
Snacks : 1 Orange, 4 glasses of water

Exercise : 1hr walking (estimate, could have been more) and 30mins on Treadmill

Today went pretty well, havnt felt hungry at all really considering I missed lunch. I know its not good to skip meals but I really didnt have time. Thats all for today really :)

Today is weigh in day and I feel i have done really well. This is the first time ive ever been on a diet and actually lost weight :) It was only 2lb but its a start.

Ill keep you updated through next week.
 
Congrats on the 2 pounds! It is a great start. Nothing like losing a few pounds to rev up the motivation to lose more. Keep up the great work! :)
