as a newbie to this kind of site i'm trying hard not to go completely insane with the task of choosing a diet plan. i had just planned to cut out the rubbish and eat more healthy stuff - i've got to lose around 40 lbs - along with some regular exercise. but the number of organised diets has thrown me a bit - i don't know where to start! here's me thinking it would be pretty easy to pick up some good pointers but now i'm overloaded with information. ah well, i'll just stick to my own ideas for now and see if it works. anybody else at saturation point?
