Went to old HS and met an old teacher. The class was having a party, and we had ice cream and cookies (a class tradition). I couldn't resist, but limited my portions. I did refuse the soda though.

Subway is causing some problems. I always get a footlong, but what I should do is just eat six inches now and save the rest for later.

Weekend Update

I was travelling this weekend (searching for apartments), so no exercise and bad food. However, the damage has been limited (only put on a pound, if that). Monday, I'm back on the wagon, and will be back on track in terms of exercising on Tuesday.

Well, I guess the body fat percentage just brought the averages back in order. Also, though it happened yesterday, I didn't want to call it because of all the fluctuations. My five-day moving average was 227.4 yesterday (now down to 227). That meant that my BMI was 29.9985 (now 29.95) meaning my little run of being clinically obese (though just barely), is over!!

This is really exciting and motivating. Just watching the numbers slowly go down, and seeing thats it's basically all fat. Also, seeing that I am almost down to 225 (which was where I hoped to start before I put on 10 lbs) in just over a month is exciting. One thing that was also motivating (that I never mentioned before), was when I went to see my teacher last week. He had a picture of the senior students in his class from when we graduated, and I looked alot better then. I want to get to that point, and past it.

Well, 3 of the last 4 days my body fat percentage has shot way up. Not really sure why. I have been losing weight, and been able to lift more. The one time it was in an expected range was when I took a shower directly before stepping on the scale, so maybe I am not dampening my feet well. Something to look out for.

Just an update. I am slacking :(. I've been eating a little bit poorly and not exercising as much. I'm moving (and basically starting a new job/real life), at the end of the month so I've been stressed over that. The good news is that I still haven't gained weight (been fluctuating between 225-226.5). I will resume my journey when I settle down in a few weeks.
