I'm going on a weeks vacation for Easter where I won't have access to a gym (at the very most a treadmill). I've been training intensely almost non-stop 3 times a week for two months, would a week off do me good or should I do some running while I'm away? Should I cut down on food to bare minimum, so as to lose some of the fat I've accumulated while bulking up or will that just negate some of the hard work I've put into lifting? Thanks!
