A US Marine trying to have the body I know I should have!

I totally understand what you're saying Nicolasd, but that's really really difficult for me because I eat all of my meals in a chow hall. Basically I'm eating small portions of healthy stuff and I'm getting the results I need. My main devil is the snacking between meals and eating crap instead of health choices when I'm in the chow line, and of course getting to the gym and doing cardio.

Workout today? 45 min on the cardio machine and 30 minutes lifting in the gym
 
Does anyone know a good site that teaches how to do plank positions for pilates? I do a few in my workout and they really work out your stomach and back.
 
Compared to the other pics, You have made some good progress, man! Keep up the hard work and dedication!

Just a tad higher in the camera though in the last pic....nearly too low (LOL)....or you could crop it out.......

Yea Chillen, sorry about that I let the camera dip a little to low, although I'm sure there are those that wish it was a whole lot lower!
 
PT (Exercise for you civilian types! just joking)
-I play at least one pickup football or basketball game a week (about 1 hour)
-I do one morning track workout (15 400m sprints or a pyramid of (1) 2 mile run (2) 1 mile runs (2) 800m sprints or 7 800m sprints. Basically, a lot of high speed running to get my leg muscles burning and my cardio through the roof.
-5 nights a weeks 45 minutes on the treadmill (just under 5 miles a night) at about 130bmp (beats per minute)
-3 lunch workouts a week in the gym @ 30 min a pop. no high weights 30 and 45lbs weights in pretty much any exercise I can think of

Eating:
-fruit and cereal for breakfast
-salad and a meat (chicken usually) for lunch
-a meat and two veggies for dinner
-a lot of water and some iced tea and coffee (cut out any drink that his calories, their usless, including gatorade...drink water)
 
Ok so for running today I did a morning 15 400m sprints at 1:22-1:27 times. Then for evening PT I did 45 minutes on the elliptical.
