I totally understand what you're saying Nicolasd, but that's really really difficult for me because I eat all of my meals in a chow hall. Basically I'm eating small portions of healthy stuff and I'm getting the results I need. My main devil is the snacking between meals and eating crap instead of health choices when I'm in the chow line, and of course getting to the gym and doing cardio.
