One complaint people have about Fitday is that you cant adjust their portions. One way around this is the creation of a custom food. Add in what YOU usually eat per serving and then use that custom food in your food diary.
It also helps with cheating, because if you havent ate a particular food yet (usually a cheat food), you have to create a custom food to eat it. That's work, and keeps a reasonable buffer between you and the snack food.
